Q:
How do I save my custom suit that I just created?
Step 1 - After
you complete your custom vest or suit, Use your computer's Print
Screen [PRT SC] button. When you press the print screen
button, your computer saves what's currently on your screen to
memory.
Step
2 - Launch a program such as Word, Paint, or any other program that
will accept a graphic image.
Step
3 - Once you've launched a program, place your curser in the program
and then Right Click and select PASTE. The image of your desktop
will be placed in the document.
Step
4 - Save the file to a location on your computer and then email it
to your Eagle Sports dealer you plan to purchase the suit from.
Q:
Can I do a name drop without doing a custome design?
A: Yes. You can order a standard size suit and just get
your name put on it for $25
Q:
What does Eagle charge to create artwork if I don't have it?
A: We base our Art time on a $45/hr rate (minimum 1 hour).
Most designs are completed within 2 hours
Q: Do
you have special pricing programs for Show Teams?
A: Yes, you should call Michele Gleason at BarefootCentral.com
for ALL show team orders. Michele runs the show team program.

Can I return a custom suit?
A: NO. All custom suit orders are final, so we
advise that you double check your measurements.
Q:
What the advantage of having a custom sized suit?
A: A custom suit will fit you like a glove. We keep
all your measurements on file, so when you order next year, you know
you'll be getting the same fit.
Q:
If I need a logo on the suit, but don't have it, can Eagle get it
for me?
A: Yes, we maintain a database of most corporate logos.
If we don't have it, we'll get it for you at no additional charge.
You'll just be charged for the $25 printing.
Q:
What format do you prefer to receive artwork in?
A: Color separated EPS, PDF, or Illustrator. If you
don't have that, call us and we'll walk you through it.
Q: I've
spent hours selecting my perfect suit. What do I do next?
A: Print it out on a color printer, or use some screen
capture software to capture the suit you've created into a JPG or
GIF, then email it to us a
sales@eaglesports.com, along with
your contact information. We'll review the mock-up and contact
your will pricing. When in doubt, call us.
